Through a vigorous discovery process, my team found pervasive issues stemming from the previous user interface (UI). In collaboration with our overseas dev team, we designed and implemented a new UI that saw bounce rates reduced by 20% and the average time to conversion effectively cut in half.

As part of the productization effort mentioned above, we had to find a new way to communicate our repackaged services. By utilizing the homepage and SEO best practices, we were able to increase topline revenue across all four product categories.

Optimizing Programmatic Content
I championed a new AI/ML product offering based on a pilot project with a major media streaming platform. In collaboration with the overseas dev team, we worked on a solution that helped the client attain 20% more engagement across new regions through an upgraded recommendation algorithm.
Improving Suggestion Model Accuracy
We take AI models and improve their accuracy through data processing services. As part of the central data team in collaboration with software quality assurance professionals, I helped improve ML models from an average of 90% accuracy to an average of 99% accuracy.
Speedier Time-To-Market
At Centific, our aim was to shorten the time required to take an AI/ML model from production to deployment. While my main focus here is communicating value props, my exposure to the ML development process has inspired me to learn as much as I can about the field.
